Unless the applicable agreement states otherwise:
• Work requiring an advance payment will begin after the agreed advance has been received.
• You must pay invoices by the due date stated on the invoice or in the applicable agreement.
• We may pause work after giving written notice if an undisputed payment remains overdue. A pause may affect delivery timelines.
• Third-party costs, including advertising spend, platform charges, paid software, premium themes, plugins, stock assets, messaging charges, domain registration, hosting, and other external expenses, are separate unless expressly included in the agreed scope.
• We will obtain your approval before incurring additional third-party costs on your behalf, unless the relevant expense has already been approved in the applicable agreement.
• All fees and invoices will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws.
You remain responsible for paying third-party providers directly where their services or accounts are contracted in your name.
